Reasons why you should:
Bad things can happen to everyone, no matter how old or "good" you may be, accidents, diseases, etc.
Have some say in how your final hours/days will go (to resuscitate or to not resuscitate)
Save your family from having to make difficult decisions on your behalf
Leave instructions for the person you name to speak for you
