• E-scribing your prescriptions to your pharmacy

• Sharon and Sandy work an additional 20-30 hours a week, before and after hours, on our days off, and often on weekends, to provide you with our personalized care. This includes refills, emailing test results, answering questions, reviewing consult notes and collaborating with your specialists.

• Patient portal communication in the early morning hours, evenings, on weekends and often on holidays

• When needed, we call you personally on the phone

• Emergency line after hours where you can talk to the Nurse Practitioner on-call if it can’t wait till office hours
